Went to Utsunomiya today and came across a group of guys who were either English teachers or spoke English really well. It was kind of fun to hang out with them, but interestingly enough, the guy I had the most in common with was the Japanese guy, not the American guys. I wouldn't say it's pathetic (you had one pretty big thing in common: language), though my Inner Scruff McGruff is shaking his finger in my head right now (stranger danger and such).

Stranger Danger goes out the window when you're as lonely as I am. Plus, it's broad daylight and I don't exactly tell them how to get to where I live.
