I get the impression that Mr. Koontz is trying to show us how very 'deep' and 'smart' he is, but the way the book was written just came off as pretentious.
Not the story, the actual meat and bones story was fine, enjoyable even. It's just the writing that comes off as pretentious.
So after months of K-Mart waffling RJ is finally starting his management training on Monday, and he's been making manager money since this Sunday! This is exciting because we do want to move out one of these days

This webcomic is something me and RJ would do, and have done! (Though the sign in question was actually a KFC sign in Clarksburg that would advertise a Dark Feast, and announce Today is Liver Day!)
I've been doing a lot of reading lately. Mostly it was because I didn't have a job for a long while, but now that I have one my reading time will probably be cut. *shrug* Oh well, I'll take the money thank you! :D

I've been playing video games on my DS recently (hence the subject). I recently finished Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney, which I enjoyed quite a bit. And yes, it's a game about being a lawyer
