Well, last night was rather uneventful.  I went home.  Went to the gym for my first training session.  I really like my trainer.  She seems to have a pretty good balanced view on things.  I don't think she wants me working out like crazy or anything.  She seems big into getting the most effect in the least amount of time possible, so that is good ( Read more... )
