My grandpa passed away. It wasn't a shock or anything (not a total one at least), he’s been in and out of the hospital for a while ever since his mild stroke (everything went downhill after that), but I don't think one can ever really be ready for something like this happening ( Read more... )

My best wishes to you and your family. I find power in words, but at times like this they seem utterly worthless. Unfortunately letters can't invoke a hug, but one is offered anyway, and I will be thinking of you. :)

I'm sorry for your loss, sweetie..*hugs** I lost my grandpa more than ten years ago but I still miss him so...The pain of loss is strong now, but hopefully you'll remember him at his good times..smiling..I know that my words don't mean much but I've got hugs and kisses.. [if you want them]
