Firslty, I hate the "Gay Panic Defense" or the "LGBT Panic Defense". None of those defenses should absolve one of responsibility for their actions.

As for the whole idea of this guy thinking he was being robbed by an Arabic man? WTF? Is there anything this guy's trying to say in his defense other than the guy was mistaken as Arabic? Let's forger the whole Arabic thing for a moment and ask, why did he think the priest was trying to rob him? Is there any reasn this jerkoff could give other than his racist reason?
