just finished day 1 session 4... and i just have to say that this year has been so wacked out. our typical ORNT max. is 375. we were above that a week ago when we closed the session to process paperwork. between the people who called in a dropped, and our 30-something no shows, we have something like 309 this week. next week: 450-ish... week after

gush away about john. he's worthy of gushing. okay..that sounds a little disgusting, but you know what i mean. i'm not sure what a red & white night is, but i mean, you have a personal life outside of work and i'm sure they'll understand that.
