Quick update: I did a 48-hour film project film two weekends ago. It was pretty fun. They only needed me for like two hours too. They were a first-time group, and made the classic rookie mistake of shooting a 12-minute film and then had to edit it down to 6 minutes. This year I helped make an independent short film called "The New 'N' Word" which is about a workplace dispute in a modern-day office. The writer/director won an award for the screenplay, and now he is submitting it to film festivals in an effort to get considered for the Academy Awards in the short film categories. Okay, so I auditioned for a run of Glengarry Glen Ross Monday a week ago, and then was called for call backs the next Wednesday.
