Early last week I saw a casting call for a documentary film in NYC, that was supposed to be based on the novel "Freakonomics" or something like that.

Excellent! (Freakonomics is nonfiction, not a novel, btw.)

You can't write a nonfiction novel? Okay, whatever, I meant nonfiction book then.

Whoa.

I have this feeling this is the first step on the road to hitting the big time.

Go you! Remember us when you're rich & famous!

And you are... ;)

Seriously, how could I ever forget all of this awesome support? You guys rock.

As for the big time, we will see how much attention 60-90 seconds of footage in this documentary will get me. You never know.

We send you to school so you know how to read and then you don't bother. Sheesh. Sort of like you can't hear my voice and probably can't even see things that I post in your lj. Hmm, if he isn't going to see it, what should I write about raging_apathy?

Shh. Did anybody hear something just now?

Well excuse me for not having read every bestselling nonfiction book that comes out.

Or did you mean not reading the director's name on the casting post? Well, most of the time it doesn't do me any good, since most of the films I've been doing are low-budget local independents, and the director is almost always someone I haven't heard of. So I just submit if I like the role.
