My new job starts tomorrow. I am both excited and nervous. We had big plans to Do Things this weekend, but Cairo kept us up all night Friday screaming, and Kathy has come down with a cold. The last time we had Cairo into the vet, she said that one possible cause of Cairo's midnight yowling might be thyroid issues. As I am employed again, we finally had him in to do bloodwork this week. I got a job offer! It's for a compliance analyst position in a Major Pharmaceutical Company -- not exactly what I was doing before, but close enough, and I'll have the opportunity to learn a lot of new software and processes. Now I can stop worrying about getting a job, and start worrying that I'll screw this one up somehow. :D ( Read more... )
