Joe and I took the first-step towards home ownership Wednesday morning: we meet with our Realtor. I told my mother that you had "met with a realtor" and she immediately started bombarding me with questions. I'm all, I don't know! I don't think they've gotten that far. I don't know! eep!

having your own garden is wonderful. Sure, it's work. But there are days when weeding makes everything better. And there is never a time when you don't have time to look at the flowers or smell a rose. (no, really, no matter how late you think you are, there is always time to sniff your favorite rose!) :)

may your house hunting be great fun.

perm! It's times like these that they invented hair sticks for. I'm always suprised at how easy it is to pull even the most funky hair into a bun.

We have literally only first begun. We told the realtor what we were looking for in what area and our budget. We have to wait until the middle of March before we can actually go visit properties.

I've been told that for curly/permed hair, you actually don't want to wash it everyday, and that's exactly what you do: pull it up when it gets funkified.
