Hey there :) You said you knew alot about working out and such. I was wondering if you could help me out a little with some advice? I sort of just want to maintain and I was wondering what the best amount of excercise and calories do you think I should be doing to do so. Thank you very much in advance!!
Yeah...I know the healthy way of doing things though, I should use my knowledge but cuz of the ED, I don't...but no problem, uuummmm....first off it all depends what you wanna do??
You either want to tone/build lean muscle/lose fat..or whatever?? I need you to answer that first and describe how you are right now...what you sort of eat, how much you exercise already and how your body type is (like do you have a high metabolism, are you a larger frame, medium, small??) I'll be able to give you better advice if I know these things :)
I sort of want to tone and build some lean muscle. I usually eat around 1500 calories a day now. I excersice about 30-60 mins a day maybe about 5 times a week. I just started working out about a month or two ago. I think my metabolism is pretty good, I have never done any fasting or anything before. I am not sure about my frame, maybe small-medium? More medium than small and I weigh about 105. Thanks for being so helpful :)
Well, to build lean muscle it's important to eat tons of protein and you MUST lift a bit of heavier weights....Now, usually people will think heavy weights = OMG I'm gonna get like so big...THAT'S FALSE
