Sitting in a diner in Flint, a friend and I get to hear a racist joke from another party eating there with us. After the joke, friend of mine says:

"How do you know if someone is going to tell a racist joke?? They glance over their shoulders first."

I LOL'ed at this. The other party did not.

Bitched at one of my LARP narrators because he missed two games for KANAR, left early tonight because players were late (and he wanted to play in his online game), and will also miss the game after next.

It's been a charming day.

Cleaned the bathroom after an apparent game of chicken - wrote on the board asking other people to clean stuff. Shower got cleaned but nothing else had yet, was driving me crazy, so did it ( Read more... )

Another annoying day at the park. People refused to keep their dogs off the sand. So we had to go down the beach to tell them and they inevitably responded "I know" or pleaded ignorance "I didn't know ( Read more... )

Aah, the park.

How I missed some points. And how I hated others.

And how I'm recalling them all once again.

I tend to be heavily a person of environment. I easily get rooted into a 'home base' of sorts where I am most comfortable and find it easiest to concentrate and focus, and I can easily be distracted by a lot going on around me ( Read more... )
