I know I broke an absence of nearly a year by posting these guys, but it's late and I'm in a maudlin mood, so humor me.

If I seem fanatical about this band, understand that I recently spent a week and a half in the hospital relying on music to keep the pain at bay, and they fucking called me. So I think I'm entitled to my enthusiasm.

So I made it out to A-kon today. Got out of work around 11, ran home, showered, changed, and took the DART downtown in time to get to the con proper around 1:30.
