SO. A thousand apologies to those of you on this journal that I don't see IRL, since I have essentially dropped out of conversation with the internet. I am now typing on my new computer, which is a tiny blue Toshiba that I have named David because it is ten inches (I told you I would).

...So. The power cord for the Brick came in the mail, and the tip doesn't fit. If anyone knows where I could find a new tip for the power cord, that would be awesome. If it helps, the computer is a Gateway M675, and the tip on the cord says L1 on it, which I believe corresponds to the L1 tip here. Fucking hell. With a fizzle and a pop, the power cord for my Mac just died. That means I'm back to two nonfunctional computers. Posting now on whatever's left of my batteries.

Today while getting tickets to see Jonathan Coulton, I noticed that VNV Nation is playing this summer at the same theatre. Anyone thinking of going?

EDIT: I think I'm just gonna go ahead and buy a couple tickets for general admission to the VNV Nation show, and if nobody I know is interested in going, I'll find a short-term friend online.
