So today was my first JUDDDD Up Day.
I started yesterday on a Down Day.
And tomorrow will be another one. I'm going to try to eat 100-200 calories max.
Hopefully it shouldn't be too hard.
I ate quite a lot today, which I'm not feeling too good about, but......I've heard a lot of very good things about this diet. I'm going to do my best not to weigh
