10 Years!!!
This December (can't remember which day specifically) celebrates my ten years of being in the Harry Potter fandom and Harry/Draco in particular. At work I've been selected to take part in "Leadership Journey" which is this training course on how to be a good leader. It's a small group of us, about 10, from all different departments of my organization. It's pretty lame (generic videos from "experts", discussion questions about being a leader, and quizzes). Roo Panes
I just discovered the magic that is Roo Panes. Anyone ever hear of him? He's a British singer/songwriter and he makes exactly the kind of music I love. I've been listening to Little Giant on repeat. It's so rare that I find an artist where I actually like more than one of their songs. I'm so happy right now!!! -
Merry Christmas Eve!
I'm hosting Christmas Eve at my house this year so I'm going to be very busy today! Started out by going to my local market to pick up fresh bread. The store opens at 8AM and I got there at 8:15. An Abundance of Fic!
Just signed on and my feed is full of so much fic I want to read by some of my favorite authors! I have so many tabs open right now I don't know where to begin! I'm just happy that all my shows are on hiatus so I can read all night! Happy reading to all! -
Snow
Can I just say how much I hate the snow? I live in the Hudson Valley in New York and we always get so much snow. The kicker is the last few days has been so warm - hell Monday was just about 70 degrees. Yet tomorrow they are calling for 8-12 inches of snow! This of course messes up my Thanksgiving plans.
