Tis the season where my mind is going to be taking itself on mental vacations to to the past and the feeling of doom that comes with them. I am managing things a lot better than I have in the past during this time of year.

If you knew everything they thought
I bet that you would wish that they'd just shut up.
Today is Sunday and I am consumed by feeling disconnected from myself and my feelings. As I try to write this I am struggling to find the words as once again my brain has decided that what I was thinking of was too much for it to handle and shut it down.
