I got some bad news tonight. A few days ago I talked to my dad, and he said he hadn't been feeling well for the past few weeks or so, and he'd been to the doctor, and had some tests done. They'd done a CT scan, and found something in his pancreas. On Friday they did a biopsy to find out what it was, and we were waiting to get the results sometime

Good luck! I think it is a rough one but I think that's just because it spreads quickly. But if it has not spread yet it should be fine. *hugs*

I am really happy to hear that they caught it early, it's really good to know that it hasn't spread past the organ-- shows that they might be able to stop it in it's tracks. I'm keep him in my thoughts and prayers, and please keep those of us on LJ updated.

It's really scary, but yeah, it does sound like maybe it's not as bad as it could be. Hopefully.
