today I learned that in latin, only proper nouns are capitalized; not the beginnings of sentences. word. (ha) because names are the most important parts anyway.

tonight was la cage aux folles with glitter on my eyelids and boas all around. (feathers, not snakes). I left with a flower and a date to the cast party!

Also: I swear I could once write.

It used to be that I'd stay up half the night, frantically filling notebooks. Now it's difficult to finish sentences, it takes five minutes of freezing before even simple words will come. I can barely complete my schoolwork, let alone communicate [with] myself.

How can I change this?

So explain something to me. Emo is the wrong thing to be? What, exactly, is the difference between tom waits and dashboard confessional? They're both anguished voices, yet one is art and the other is not? I thought emo basically meant emotional, and frankly, I can't think of any music that isn't emotional.
