Division bonding events

Anybody can share or suggest what are the typical division bonding activities which your company carries out to promote team work or basically for everybody to have fun but yet foster a team spirit. I just need some ideas here. Thanks!

Oh well.. we usually have those buffet chalets and u noe... cos ppl are lazy to be active. in my honest opinion, a mass orgy creates the most intimate bond, but then again... you may not want it. LOL.

Just go rock climbing la, or a cycling trip, or beach fest (and take the chance to ogle)

Get a committee and start brainstorming. I think it is also quite fun to plan as a group, certainly not if it were to be a solo effort.

Already in the committee. The purpose of this is to find out ways to make the employees happier.

If there is already a committee, can go for something that needs more organising and make the participants go places e.g. Amazing Race or car rally. We ever had three of such races before - one at Bukit Timah nature reserve, one at Chinatown and one at Sentosa. Quite fun because of all the puzzle solving and running from place to place. Chinatown is good because also get to try to food. Sentosa because got beach and water activities too. And Bukit Timah is like first time for some people. After the activities, you can charter bus to bring everyone to somewhere more comfortable for buffet dinner and where all the photos can be shown on a slide show while people eat, mingle and talk about the activities.

Hmm, noted. Amazing race was done for the last year too, so we're relooking to see if we want to do it again this year. The committee this year is mostly new, with younger people though. Haha!
