Division bonding events

Anybody can share or suggest what are the typical division bonding activities which your company carries out to promote team work or basically for everybody to have fun but yet foster a team spirit. I just need some ideas here. Thanks!

We built a bicycle last year and then donate the bicyle we built to the less fortunate kids. Of cos, they were professionals who came in to tidy up after us to make sure tt the bikes were ridable haha. And of cos I just sat around and raise my hand to get the professional to do the job for my team.hur hur. Or you can get someone to come in and teach you all line dancing... tts wat we did at the last department bonding session.. with booze after tt of cos =) it is actually quite fun watching the big shots old man making a fool of themselves dancing hur hur. and also it is not so taxing tt the aunties can't join in and have fun.
