ICE STORM

This is the first great ice storm that I remember michigan having since we all moved up here. The ice was so thick it took me 20 minutes to scrape my car well enough to move it! Jane was NOT happy! I remember our first storm and Kristen and I went "ice skating", and by ice skating I mean in our shoes, at a parking lot close to our apartment. That ( Read more... )

I hadn't heard about the ice storm yet--that sucks. However, I would contend that there was a pretty bad storm a few years ago that had a lot of ice too. Remember the night before/day that we left for Chicago, with you, me, theresa, Kristen, and others? It was pretty bad then! And there was an ice storm sometime after that too I believe.

OMG yeah I remember that storm and then in Chicago it was HORRIBLE....haha running through town to get to the ice skating rink and jumping through water up to my shins!

Please read above about my digital camera not working...that is why there are no pics....I hope tomorrow to get my new phone (that is also broken right now) so that I can take a pic through there....

Hope your semester is off to a great start :)

Oh well I thought you might do what most people would do without a camera to take a picture of their new hair....Glamour Shots!

Technically the semester doesn't start until Friday (even though I've had a class over break), so it's going well so far!

Oh my that was a fun trip, despite the horrible weather. I still have some pictures. That I took with my camera....because the batteries didn't need replacing all the time. And I think I remember you handling a security guard.

I'm planning on going to Webster's tournament! Make sure you bring a lot of batteries for the trip.
