I, like most of America, am obsessed with blogs. I will read almost any blog one time but tend to read many daily and many more any time I am avoiding work (which is almost daily). I find blogs through other's friend pages or when they are linked to blogs I already read. Kristen also helps with this obsession by telling me the ones SHE is obsessed ( Read more... )

Actually I was thinking I read your blog because you bring an interesting perspective. The stuff that happens to you (ie. Kodiak's customers, stolen license plates, etc.) is pretty random and entertaining most of the time (you have some posts that are heavier). While your posts are intellectual, they are not academic, and I welcome the break. Most of the time the LAST thing I want to do after a 3 hour doctoral seminar is read a post that is thought provoking ( ... )

Yeah russ...that side note makes no sense to me but again i am also on a lot of meds right now!

I find the fact that I'm commenting on this post of all posts the most ironic thing ever since I just stumbled on this blog through Clarkbar a few minutes ago. :-)

as someone who follows the lives of many strangers and has many strangers following my life, i don't not think blog stalking has gone too far for me. however, i read this blog whose author was verbally attacked and told NOT TO GET MARRIED b/c this random reader didn't think the marriage was going to work out. okay...that is weird.

but generally...i prefer the virtual friends sometimes. less upkeep.
