Coming out to family: Part 3: Surrogate mothers!

 Ever since I came out to my mother, I sensed certain confusion on her side. it was not like she was still in the denial phase, she already did that part and got over with it. I was pretty sure she's having a case of pure curiosity to a way of life about which she knew absolutely nothing other than that her son is adopting.

Hey! Yes I now have this new livejournal blog, and the blogger one is dead so don't worry about that. I am doing fine, in fact much better than when I was partnered. There is still lots of things to write about it - I will catch up with blogging soon. Hope you are doing great too. xx

The way your sexuality were accepted by your closest people gives me hope about a better future for the gay people in Egypt. It shows that at a normal person-to-person level, all prejudices start to fall rather quickly regarding such issues which society as a whole seems to be still too intolerant about.

Also, the way your bro showed how informed he is about surrogate mothers, is quite touching, because it means he has cared to research the matter, which of course means he has accepted you as you are. But you already know this.
