I don't understand this pregnancy thing. I'm supposed to get at least 10 hours sleep a night, a 1-2 hour nap during the day, walk two miles, eat 6 small meals, drink 2 gallons of water, do lamaze excersizes for 20 minutes a day, do back excersizes 20 minutes a day, pelvic tilt 5 times a day, squatting pratice, drink fruit juice and get 5 servings
