I'm a carer to a partner with chronic health problems and I agree completely. It sucks and the limited support available is usually targeted (rightly!) at the person with the condition but it doesn't leave space for us. I've found finding safe people to vent to really helpful but with so much of it, you just have to keep grinding on.
