Thanks but it aided in pulling a muscle, so no more DLs for a few weeks. It was the chin-ups that made it pop but it the DLS set me up. Strangely enough the deadlifts and then dips right after make my chest feel like its ripping apart, in a good way. Nice deep stretch.
