Been away for awhile - Had some allergy thing with my foot - still not sure what it is - but creams etc are working ( been to Doc still waitng on test results) so at least its not 3-4 times it should be - just a little swollen & pink now .... really has been a bad 12 months - but onwards & upwards .... So back in the gym this week & on the bike
