Hey guys,
I know have been a stranger in past year around here, next year should not bring the same .
Realised when tried to get back in the gym, after the successive back injuries I had lost my mojo for the gym, wanted to move the gym just didn't do it for me & was finding every excuse in the book not to go.
So plan is to get back into the long/

Sorry to hear you have lost your gym mojo, but it sounds like you have a plan and that is good. We're coming into choice walking weather (or at least not really bad walking weather).
