So it looks like I might be needing my journal again for a while. Trying not to spiral into a full-fledged anxiety attack, but most of my normal 'remedies' aren't working. I still have chest pain and a fluttery feeling heart after taking a walk, cuddling, cleaning, eating macaroni & cheese, and overall trying to distract myself ( Read more... ) -
