Before you go all crazy, maybe you should see Fahrenheit 9/11, or Bowling For Columbine. Yeah, he has a lot of beliefs that differ from others, but the message that he is getting across is pretty strong. Yes he is a liberal, and yes he should have used his Oscar acceptance speech differently, but this is what he believes. I am sure that you wouldnt want someone going off on you for something that you believe in. Now I dont agree with Michael Moore completley, but I have respect for him for what he is doing. Maybe you should try to be a little more accepting of others beliefs.

i agree with you for the most part, i did not write this letter, i simply found it. perhaps you knew this i was just putting emphasis on that. what i politely disagree with you on is the topic of how you can have respect for what he is doing. Micheal Moore is an attention seeking film director who puts himself on the map by deceiving his viewers and by filling them with lies. Freedom of speech allows him to say what ever he wants about president bush and the great thing about our nation is his ability to do this. however, his messages (while some are true and valid and these messages i respect) for the most part are based off of lies. i have not seen Fahrenheit 9/11 yet, and i personally will wait to comment on that, but as for bowling for columbine i have seen it and i can say that most of the speeches (charleton Heston's mainly) were blatantly edited in order to portray an uncaring, unsympathetic Gun nut. this website ( http://www.hardylaw.net/ ( ... )
