Paulaner Hefe-weizen "clone" in the works!

Phew! Just got done brewing up another batch of Ranger Pretzel brew. Because it is Springtime, I figured I might as well brew an ale to accompany Spring. (You all know her. Such a sweet girl, that Spring!)

The technicals:
4oz of Munich Malt (crushed and steeped for 20min @ 150F)
6+ lbs of 55/45 wheat/barley malt extract.

i thought i was the only one who called yeast 'yeasties' and then, 'li'l yeasties.' (i make bread. yum. li'l yeasties indeed.)

heh, yeah. I think I swiped that from my man, Alton Brown. He's so cool! :) Glad to hear someone else uses the same (similar) term.
