Oh dear. I...seem to have been press-ganged into a crew of pirates. This is a predicament. Whatever shall I do? La, I do believe I feel faint~!

Well. It comes from the term 'bloody smile', in which one slashes open the victim's cheeks at either corner of their mouth. So. Yes, they are.

You must keep a level head and refrain from acting in haste. If they are interested in your services, than you should be relatively safe, for the time being, through your cooperation.

Yes, that was my thinking, as well. We appear to be rendezvousing with the main fleet; if I lay low and repair what they want me to repair, I believe I can slip away at the next port.

...I admit I'm tempted to sabotage, however.

Oh no, I was more thinking along the lines of subtle damage that would sink their ship by the time I'm long gone. It would be quite low risk...and performing a public service, really.

Haha. It's nothing so complicated, really. Their ship was damaged somehow, I happened to be in port at the time, and I was a better option than the town carpenter. And then they threatened to raze the village if I didn't accompany them, so I thought I ought to go.

Ah...Well, what they want is for me to repair their ship. As I'm on board it at the moment, it seems prudent to keep it from sinking, at the very least.

Go along with them for the moment, though it irks me. I'll try to slip away at the next port...maybe leave them a few inconspicuous holes in their ship as a parting gift.
