I'm having problems with EM's I've sent that the recepient isn't receiveing them. I can receive her messages fine but cannot seem to figure out why she can't get mine. Something happened about 2 months ago, they used to be received before then. Can you help me with this??, or forward it to someone who can help. Thank you.

haha - that's funny. Definitely missing way too much info.

Wouldn't this be something that is the recipient's fault anyway?

Most likely. But there are a few things that it could be. Like us being blacklisted. When you have over 25o ISP's that you support it is hard to keep up with those kind of things but we try.
