Today is a lucky day for those who remain cheerful and optimistic.

So it was really windy this morning. I mean....really windy! Today was our yearly bake sale for the Asthma Walk. Amber made some cupcakes for me to take. She put three on a small plate and covered them with plastic. I had eight plates total - with two baking sheets - 4 plates on each. I made an absolutely delicious dinner tonight! Red Wine Pork. The wine made the pork sooooooo tender, juicy and flavorful! And it wasn't like it was over-whelming in the red wine taste either.
