I live on this curvy little street that doesn't connect through because there is a creek behind it and I'm sure a bridge was just not in the budget that year. people really overestimate machetes, they are pretty much only good for cutting thin vines, i too swear by the loppers. all of this talk of trail building causes the old envirocorps flame within me to blaze, nothing does yer heart good like wrenching a stump out of the ground with a pick ax to make your very own trail. i wish i had a trail to cut through the woods, that will be so satisfying for you to walk on it regularly and every time know that you made it.

Oh man it is so satisfying. I actually just finished it this afternoon. I think I will have to bring a camera and post pictures of it. I even straightened it out. I think I need to build a tree house somewhere on the route.
