scully's voice is noticeably higher in earlier seasons of the x-files. naw way! i like her lower-register voice better because it makes her sound more serious.

i'm trying to sell my 1996 toyota camry le v6. it's a great car with about 105,000 miles on it (lots of life left, never broken down, no accidents, etc) but i want something smaller...if anybody wants to buy it or knows somebody who is looking for a car, let me know! asking price is $6k (firm).

the oddest thing happened this afternoon. i was downtown with my mom and we ran into my fifth-grade teacher, his wife (whom i knew) and his THREE kids (none of whom existed last time i saw him). they all looked good and it was really nice to catch up for a bit. his kids are really cute-- the oldest is in second grade-- and now they live in san jose ( Read more... )

so i am in rome, in an internet cafe near the hotel called "easy everything." hehe. what kind of name is that? it is this huge-ass place where you pay £6000 (that is lira, btw, not british pounds) and get an hour and a half of computer use. i would be writing with contractions, but the superior italian keyboards do not seem to have singular accent ( Read more... )
