The past few weeks I feel like I have been fighting off the flu or some type of sickness....everyone around me has been sick with either flu like symptoms or bronchitis. I guess I am ready for that change in my life... the past week I have been exhausted - wanting to sleep more than usual - not wanting to exercise - removing myself from others. Sure, signs of depression too I guess but maybe just ore ready for some change. I need structure in my personal life....something I haven't had in quite some time.

It seems everytime I go to another country they call me a "Yank" yet I am not from the Northeast. However, I let them go ahead because I know I am the best damn thing! Well, I am in SFO again for a few days for work. I sometimes wish I could see the future and help prepare for what was ahead. We have our memories to see the past...why can't we have our minds to see the future? If we saw devistation in our life - or hard times coming - how would we prepare for it?

So usually I have resolutions of eating better and loosing weight but for one I have been doing that this year already. Since August of this year I have been seeing a personal trainer and eating better and so while I will be continuing that in the new year my biggest resolution this year will be to pay of some debt!
