Isn't aerosol supposed to be bad or something? I'm not all knowledgeable on the "Go Green" attitude but I thought aerosol was the reason the old albuterol inhalers are being banned after December.

Also, to answer:
Choice C...a variant on Choice B. The only difference in mine is, no ice cream. Just the cake, the macerated berries, and whipped cream. Which reminds me I have some whipped cream in a can calling my name...

You have been placed into group B for not pouring milk onto your cake. Thank you for being normal.

Ha! I never even heard of putting anything else on it other than what I mentioned. Wouldn't ice cream and milk and stuff make it a soggy nasty mess? I dunno, it doesn't sound appealing to me in that state.

The milk does make it really soggy, yes, so you need to pretty much inhale the cake. Ice cream isn't so bad unless you eat so slowly that it has time to completely melt. It's just like having birthday cake and ice cream.

Choice C.

I grew up eating my family's recipe. Handmade shortcake, not that funky grocery store shit, (TWO LAYERS) with strawberries that have been cut and mixed with sugar and then left to sit for a while between the layers and on top. Cut yourself a nice slice, plop it in a bowl with a little sugar on top and some milk. DONE.

Good God that sounds good. I'm placing you into category A, however, because you put milk on your shortcake, which is the fundamental reason for this poll (milk vs. no milk).

Choice C.

Family recipe... warm homemade shortcake with juicy, sliced, syrupy berries in the bowl and on top, and then enough milk to soak into the shortcake. A little more sugar on top. Eaten with a spoon.

You're also going into group A due to your addition of milk (the reason for the poll). You central PA'ers are weirdos.

ditto on the weirdos comment. I've never heard of pouring milk on cake. thats sounds gross despite being lactose intolerant.

IKNOWRIGHT?! When Aaron told me his method I was like "WTF?" To be fair, it tastes pretty good, but you have to eat everything super fast because the cake is already so soggy.

Choice B minus the ice cream. :)

My whole family puts milk on their cake and I think it's REVOLTING!

The milk tastes alright, but it just makes the cake SO soggy SO fast.

Soggy cake is so very gross. Unless its a lava cake that's soggy with chocolatey goodness.

You should try the Chocolate Wave cake at Red Lobster! It's so gooey and moist and warm and DELICIOUS.

Choice B.

But then again, I was always a horrible test taker and could be wrong.
