We got new rules for thrown weapons in the Marshall's handbook, basically saying all the missle weapons I've been slaving away on for the last week won't work. They need to have Siloflex handles or rattan handles... which doesn't quite click with me since wouldn't hurling a throwing axe with a rattan handle really

I have a message into Morweena about this ruling. My take on it was that IF a weapon has a haft then it has to be yadda yadda yadda. technically the throwing rats are not hafted weapons. We shall see what comes of it.

those rules are for 'Thrust and Throw' weapons. If you want to be able to use the weapon as both a melee and a thrown weapon it has to follow those rules. If not then just make throwing weapons....

What Sgain says makes perfect sense... but the phrasing is strange. Ah well, I got bigger fish to fry. Got arrows to build tomorrow morning... or this morning...
