I'm a big fan of The Cut's podcast.  I binged it earlier this year and while I do miss the old version with its sign off of "We'll see you next Tuesday," I still really enjoy its revival.  But this week's episode really like a punch in the gut.

The latest in the duplex for sale saga is the lawn mowing kid spent several hours cleaning up the yard.  He told me that our landlord sent him a not so nice text about how our lawn looked and he said, "Hey, none of my other customers' lawns look like this because they let me come and cut them on a weekly basis."
