As some of you may know, I love Audrey Hepburn. Her beauty is breathtaking and I really like the person that she was. I have been told since I was about 12 that I resemble her, somewhat. This is a lofty compliment, believe me. Anyway, I could kind of ( see it when I had my hair pulled back (people always tell me the bone structure in my face and shoulders looks like hers). )

I have received good news. Yesterday, I found out that I got a 29/30 on my EDTHP paper, which is 30% of our final grade. This morning, I got an e-mail saying that I earned a 20/20 on my KINES paper. These things are good, but are only empty accomplishments ( Read more... )

Today, we're finally coming home from college. I need to finish packing, get oil, and get some gas. Then I'm all ready to go and we'll leave after Jimmy's class.

Okay, I need a poem, song, or saying that I can apply to my "health teaching philosophy" for one of my classes. The song, poem, or saying doesn't actually have to be about teaching or something obvious like nutrition. I'm drawing a blank and I am coming up empty on Google. Any ideas?
