So, I got approved for my apartment!  Which means I'll be moving to Kalamazoo on August 1, 2007!!!  It's looking like a first or thrid floor flat, hopefully third.  I'm getting kind of nervous about moving about and paying for stuff.  It looks like I've saved up enough to do the first year without loans or anything, but I think I might have to use ( Read more... )

So, my brother got in to his grad program in London.  Yes, England.  So, looks like I won't be the only Makas leaving this summer.  Though people will be far more excited to visit him.  Odd to think that my brother will be a very expensive plane ticket away rather than a two hour drive.   So much will change next year.

They talked about replacing me today and work and I almost cried.  Isn't it weird how you can really hate something yet know you'll miss it terribly? 

In 6 weeks I will be a junior in college.
In 4 months I quit my job of 4 1/2 years.
In 4 months I'm moving to Kalamazoo, where I'll live alone.
In 4 months I turn 19.
