went out carousing with the boys last thursday
it was a lot of fun and taught me that you do not in fact need additional x chromosomes to have a good time out!
it also taught me that boys are in fact exactly as revolting and judgemental about girls behind closed doors as girls suspect they are.

summer lovin'
my goodness summer has arrived! It is an absolutely beautiful day and I have just returned from a lazy barbeque at kestrel's house, complete with crane and many other lovely people, and sausages in buns and mini-milk ice creams and couscous. well this turned into a long post about what i do to put off doing actual work and not feel guilty
It is a Friday, the house is quiet and unnaturally clean. This morning the rain that had been threatening to fall all of yesterday did so in one tremendous vertical swoosh, soaking the grass and leaving the clouds a washed-out white.
