Unfortunately this article, while extremely interesting, doesn't answer the most pressing question I had after about the first paragraph in. Does this mean the earth will one day stop rotating?

I got back late last night from Portugal. I've been up all night, partly working on photographs, partly on my imminent trip cross country. I'm in portugal (the azores ((islands in the dead center of the atlantic))). They're charging me three euros to use this computer for fifteen minutes, even though a lot of the things are different so they really should give me more since it's taking time for me just to figure out which buttons do what.
