it's amazing when you start using the weights how the next day you realize  exactly which muscles were being used. I reach for something, lo and behold, the muscle in my arm reminds me it's there. To a mild pain junkie it's kind of nice.

I'm so sick :-)

I am remembering my love of Beatrice Potter books. I think I might have to purchase some in the future.

I grieve the loss of small bookstores. I always wanted to own one. Perhaps on the ground floor of an old building with a resident cat or an elderly gentleman type dog who was a librarian in a former life.
