What with all this talk about Betelgeuse asploding on Facebook, a friend asked where to look.  I was at a loss for a description, since Orion is about the only constellation I can consistently identify given our cruddy urban starfield.  Googling around a bit, I found this really spiffy sky-mapper - maps to current time and geographic coordinates
