This journal has been on hiatus for a very, very long time. I can scroll through almost an entire year's worth of entries in one page. How strange is that? Especially considering that, once upon a time, I would post at least once a day--sometimes more. I have returned.

There is so much that has happened in this past month...

Ireland was wonderful, as I had expected, though we didn't bike after all; we aren't in shape enough to bike up and down all those hills. Instead, we took buses and trains wherever we wanted to go.
