I'm surprised that you still have to let that woman talk to you like that. I once said "Oh fuck" not so much at the person on the other line but about the crazy situation. She immediately set me right on my butt with a " no need for profanity, we can end this call right now if you insist on using it" I apologized about it and I was genuinely sorry because I know its not the call center workers fault the company fucked me over.
So gheeze, if someone said they were coming over to slap my face, I think thats reason to warn them before closing the conversation. You shouldn't have to take anyones crap.
We have a three step rule as well call it. The first time they are abusive we can say we will disconnect the call if they do not stop. Not if they just say "oh fuck" but they have to direct it at us.
She only did that one thing, and I would have thrown it at her but I was TOO pissed to talk. If I had said anything it would have been "Fuck off." lol.
