Try and distract yourself with something. A TV show, a book, something like that and let your mind get sucked into fandom for a week or two. That should shift it. Also make sure to eat a bit and get LOTS of good ol' fashioned sleep. I tend to find myself getting increadibly angsty and depressed and anxious if I don't get at least six hours a night.
